Yes. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Germany. All orders are sent with trackable, reliable shipping services.
All orders are packaged with plain, brown boxes. No marketing tape, stickers, or anything that shows the company for full privacy.
Yes you can. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you’re welcome to visit our warehouse. You can place an order beforehand, or just walk in. Payment can be done both by cash or card.

No. You can walk in and pay cash on pickup days. If you prefer your order to be packed and ready, you can place your order online and choose “cash payment” at checkout.
